That that old "Has been" Ritchie is having a last ditch attempt to break some records :roll: I am led to believe that because the senile old puff can't do it with by horsepower and skill , he has resorted to losing TWO stones in weight :o :o :o

Yes, I've lost a bit of weight but not in the way I intended. I'm 13st 1lb now but will probably put a bit back on by May time. That's when I hope to be "track ready". I'm not going to bleat on about how I'm going to thrash the pants off Betty but will wait to go to the track and see how I get on first.

Betty had better pray that my times are slower than his because if not...


...I'm going to make his life a misery!! :lol:

Having TWO of his external organs hasn't helped so far so why should a single internal organ help any better :roll: - - It wasn't his brain he had removed . . . . was it ? :P
