Black Zink Bolts?

As far as I remember the studs that protrude from the seat base are what the seat strap fastens to and on these later type seats are I believe painted black along with the base whereas on the originals perhaps they were zinc plated?
As far as I know, that was the original question?
Maybe the other bolts are the smaller M6 bolts holding down the hinges, etc?

O.K. Maybe it is just the confusion - the strap fixes to studs rather than bolts, and yes these are welded to the underside of the seat so they get painted black the same time as the base gets painted - it was the term "bolts" that had me confused - but the hinge bolts should still be a squashed 8 ;)
